Field Director for Maryland Congressional Elections

[CD Campaign]

We have an immediate opening for a full-time Field Director for a data-driven field operation for 2020 Congressional Elections (Primaries on February 4 and April 28) with the following: 

Qualities/Qualifications:

• At least one cycle of experience as a field organizer/director for a congressional campaign, or an equivalent race.
• Expertise in using NGP VAN.
• Must have reliable access to a vehicle and a valid driver’s license.
• Strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to successfully relate to voters and volunteers from a wide range of backgrounds.
• Ability to work independently and in team settings.
• Ability to work long and irregular hours in a fast paced, metrics driven work environment.

Compensation:

•  Pay to commensurate with experience. Supporter Housing available.
