Finance Assistant and Call Time Manager: Josh Gottheimer for Congress [NJ-05]

 

Location: DC

Start Date: April, flexible

Hours: Campaigns work extended hours, sometimes including nights and weekends

Salary Range: $3,500-$3,800/month

 

Qualifications:

· Prior campaign experience required, fundraising experience preferred; 

· Skilled in Word, Excel, Google Sheets required, NGP preferred;

· Interested parties must have a reliable laptop and a cell phone; 

· Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills; 

· Keen attention to detail and ability to focus on tasks; 

· Ability to manage details and multi-task in a fast-paced environment; 

· Ability to work remotely. 

 

Responsibilities will include the following:

· Manage the candidate’s call time program;

· Assist with digital or in-person fundraising events;

· Perform donor research to continue growing the call time universe;

· Provide organizational and administrative support to help develop/improve the department’s internal structure and administrative/planning functions;  

· Prepare and deliver necessary follow up items for the candidate or donors; 

· Other duties as assigned.
