Description

We are hiring an enthusiastic, full-time Field Director to plan and execute field operations for the general election on November 5th.

Requirements

The Field Director will:
• Manage day-to-day field operations and report to the Campaign Manager
• Innovate new approaches to engage diverse constituents
• Set, meet, and exceed benchmarks for voter contact, grassroots engagement, and GOTV efforts
• Hire and train field staff to achieve benchmarks
• Oversee volunteer recruitment and training

Other expectations:

• Must demonstrate competency in data management and voter file software
• Have a dedication to grassroots organizing and working with local community organizations • Have the ability to maintain a strong professional culture focused on accountability and effective execution to attain specific goals
• Must have the ability to work long hours, including the weekends.

*It is preferred that the candidate has at least two cycles of field — experience working in suburban and rural areas is a plus. Ideal applicants will need to have their own computer, cell phone, and car.
