Case Worker Needed-FT (Queens, NY)

NY State Senator seeks to fill the position of case worker in the district office. Case worker will handle constituents who call/mail/email the office and assist in resolving issues working with government/non-profit entities.  

Must be comfortable talking to the public, have excellent writing skills and bachelor’s degree. Candidate should be able to work independently, complete tasks in a timely manner, organized and able to follow direct instructions.

Familiarity with CRS, Microsoft Office and Zoom helpful. Will also attend community meetings as needed. Position is currently hybrid between in-person office work and working remotely until further notice.
