Reports to: Finance Director
Job Summary: The Candidate Services Finance Manager will work closely with the National Finance Director to support the fundraising activities of End Citizens United priority candidates.
Primary Responsibilities
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
· Planning and executing fundraising events and meetings
· Soliciting support for ECU priority candidates
· Prospecting, soliciting, and stewarding potential donors for ECU priority candidates
· Creating, managing, and executing quarterly finance plans for ECU priority candidates
· Staffing fundraising events, meetings, and call time with ECU priority candidates
· Supporting ECU’s fundraising operations
Qualifications:
· At least one cycle of DC fundraising experience
· Experience building and planning fundraising events
· Experience conducting call time with a principal
· The ability to handle multiple projects and work with multiple principals at once
· Strong writing and communication skills
· Proficiency with NGP, ActBlue, Google platforms, and Microsoft Excel
· Working knowledge of FEC campaign finance law
· A detail oriented approach and strong time management and organizational skills
· Good interpersonal skills and a professional demeanor
· A commitment to getting Big Money out of politics
· Bachelor’s degree
