Experienced Campaign Manager for Upper Midwest Statewide

Seeking campaign manager with statewide experience for Democratic gubernatorial campaign in upper Midwest. Successful applicant will have managed multiple campaigns, preferably more than one statewide.

Responsibilities will be, though not limited to:

1. Hiring and day-to-day operational management of campaign staff

2. Work closely with general consultant and consulting team

3. Manage multi-million-dollar budget, including field offices

4. Participate constructively in planning, strategy and tactical planning

5. Develop and be accountable for contact and vote goals

6. Ensure candidate and staff perform to plan
