RESPONSIBILITIES:

The Deputy GOTV Director will help with the essential task of coordinating our GOTV operation with the field program and creating the structures that will allow us to mobilize our voters throughout New Hampshire. The Deputy GOTV Director will work directly with the Deputy State Director to create all GOTV procedures and policies and to manage a staff of Regional GOTV Coordinators to implement all GOTV policies.

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Candidates should have strong interpersonal skills, experience meeting deadlines, and the ability to manage many tasks simultaneously;

  • Candidates will have experience leading teams and supervising teams of managers in a professional manner;

  • Candidates will have at least one cycle of experience as a GOTV Director on a top-tier race;

  • Candidates will have a vehicle or other mode of transportation;

  • The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge of GOTV planning, a strong understanding of external organizing and have a familiarity with VAN, as well as Blue State Digital or another similar platform; and

  • A good sense of humor and a strong interest in and commitment to the ideas of the Bernie 2016 campaign.
