Nevada Legislative Campaign Seeks Campaign Managers for Top Tier State Legislative Races

Nevada Democrats seek Campaign Managers to help lead on the ground efforts for top state legislative races this cycle. Managers will serve as aides to candidates and will primarily oversee all field operations, volunteer recruitment, and related activities. Managers may also provide occasional assistance with finance activities. Managers will work closely with the Nevada State Democratic Party and Nevada Senate Democratic Caucus in all aspects of the campaign. Managers will play the lead role in building a grassroots effort for campaigns.

Qualifications

• 1-2 cycles of campaign experience, experience managing staff preferred

• Experience with field operations including paid canvassers

• Proficiency with VAN, Microsoft Excel, and other frequently used databases/software

• Ability to delegate tasks and manage multiple projects at once

• Strong written and verbal communications skills

• Ability to function well in collaborative and team-oriented work environments

• Ability to function well in high-stress situations

• Be willing to relocate to Nevada

• Car and a Laptop

• Spanish language skills a plus, but not required

• Nevada ties preferred, but not required
