Midwestern Frontline Congressional Campaign is seeking a Regional Field Coordinator to join the field team. Regional Field Coordinators will help execute the field plan including but not limited to; building relationships with local stakeholders, managing interns, and support overall campaign goals. Recruiting, training, and managing volunteers will be a major piece of the Regional FieldCoordinator's time. Voter contact (knocking on doors and calling voters) will be an essential aspect of the job. Applicants must be highly motivated to work on electoral campaigns, have excellent organizational skills, a willingness to work long hours, and be ready to relocate. Successful team members keep a great attention to detail and a sense of humor. The ideal applicant will have a strong political acumen regardless of experience. Our team greatly values reliability and responsiveness.

Previous campaign experience preferred, but not critical. Access to reliable transportation necessary, and supporter housing likely. Proficiency in Spanish is a plus.
