Field Director -- Long Island State Senate Campaign

Targeted race seeks an experienced field director to run its ground game in a race that will flip State Senate.

About the position:

-Responsible for managing field staff to ensure we hit daily and weekly goals for doors knock, calls made and volunteer recruitment

-Oversee large-scale paid canvass for final two months of campaign

-Develop positive relationships with labor and advocacy groups to expand campaign’s reach

-Plan and execute events throughout the district with supporters of the candidate

-Direct social media across multiple platforms

 

About you:

-2+ cycles of field experience

-Ability to multitask in a non-stop environment

-Exceptional managerial and organizational skills

-A self-starter that loves to campaign, willing to take on the cause and fight until the last ballot is counted

 

Applicants must have a car

Long Island ties a plus

Salary commensurate with experience
