The Sierra Club is seeking a Data Director to support the work of Sierra Club's staff and volunteer leaders by building and maintaining technical tools and systems that enhance work-life and increase organizational effectiveness. The Sierra Club is currently using Smart VAN, as well as transitioning its CRM from a custom platform to Salesforce. This transition is already underway, and we're looking for someone who can provide leadership on remaining decisions and guide a successful rollout. In this role you will ensure the integration of multiple systems, oversee systems usage and data architecture to guarantee compliance with internal and external reporting needs, developing training tools and supervise training staff, development and maintain technical tools to support the efforts of staff and volunteer leaders.
