Finance Director - Top Tier VA Congressional

A top tier Virginia congressional race is seeking a Finance Director. The Finance Director will be a senior member of the staff and will be responsible for all aspects of the finance operation.

 

The Finance Director's responsibilities will include but are not limited to: 

• Managing and staffing call time
• Building fundraising events
• Managing compliance and digital firms
• Executing donor research 
• Supervising finance staff and interns
• Building and executing an aggressive finance plan
• Donor management

Qualifications:

·      Applicants are expected to have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.   

·      Experience with NGP is preferred

·      One cycle of campaign experience
