Top-tier County Slate looking for organizers in Delaware County, PA

Delco Victory 2019 is looking for passionate, hardworking, highly-skilled field organizers to help us elect a county slate of Democratic judges, county council, and a district attorney. 

Delaware County is a top-tier county to be flipped in 2019, and as an organizer, you get the chance to be a part of history. 

After more than a century of Republican rule, the residents of Delaware County are calling for change. Responding to this call, Delaware County Democrats all over the county are running on a bold platform to reform government and make it work for everyone. But they can’t do it alone. 

Our field Organizers will help us build a first-rate grassroots operation that will harness the energy and enthusiasm of the community into meaningful action. 

This position will run from August 1st till Nov. 5th. The compensation is $3,000 a month.

Qualifications: 

• Building relationships with county party officers and local activists.

• Developing and facilitating training. 

• Recruiting and managing volunteers for events and voter contact.

• Working with local partners and groups throughout the district.

• Experience using Votebuilder

• 1 two 2 campaign cycle experience or community organizing experience 

• Local knowledge of Delaware County, not required but highly desirable
