Deputy Finance Director Job Posting

Targeted race is seeking a full-time Deputy Finance Director. The Deputy Finance Director will be a critical component of the campaign team. 

Deputy Finance Director responsibilities include: 

 

• Work with campaign and finance team on upkeep and maintenance of campaign database
• Donor research
• Assist with recruiting and directing volunteers and interns
• Prep for call time
• Assist with drafting fundraising emails and communications
• Assisting with all aspects of fundraising and other campaign events
• Other duties as needed

  Qualifications:

 

• Previous finance/fundraising experience preferred
• Previous campaign experience preferred
• Applicants must be highly organized and have the ability to multitask in a fast-paced campaign environment
• Ability to work long hours including nights and weekends on a regular basis

• Knowledge of NGP Software preferred
• A true self-starter who is a detail-oriented team player
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong writing skills
• Experience directing volunteers/interns
• Ability to manage a lot of projects simultaneously and cheerfully
• Access to reliable transportation required

Compensation:

Commensurate with experience
