Targeted Upstate NY Congressional is seeking a field director to start immediately.  The field director's responsibilities will include but not be limited to

• Writing and implementing an aggressive field plan, including persuasion and GOTV components
• Hiring and managing additional field staff 
• Setting and achieving robust voter contact and volunteer recruitment goals
• Organizing house parties, meet and greets, and other field events
• Overseeing the petition process
• Managing the voter file and ensuring accurate data
