BerlinRosen, a leading strategic communications firm, is seeking an Account Supervisor on our National Public Affairs team to join a growing team of campaign communicators who at the strategy table and driving communications for groundbreaking labor campaigns, worker movements and national issue advocacy efforts.

So what makes an outstanding Account Supervisor here? Amazing writing, the ability to think strategically and analytically with clients, being able to formulate and execute a plan into a winning strategy, all while connecting with media to insert the client's story into the news cycle.

Applicants should possess:

3-6 years experience in media relations, journalism, or related field strongly preferred.
Strong news sense and knowledge of the media
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Excellent computer skills including Word, Excel, PowerPoint
Attention to detail
Ability to handle multiple assignments at once, work quickly and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Ability to work with a team to meet group objectives
Experience in developing campaign communications plans
Bachelor’s degree or experience in a communications-related field
Familiarity with social media
Familiarity with and interest in local, state, and national politics and a commitment and passion for progressive politics
A sense of humor!
