NoVA: Hiring Digital Sr. Strategist/Account Exec

I'm seeking an experienced digital lead to manage 2-3 fantastic accounts on my team. I'm looking for someone with a great head for data analytics, who can also think creatively about strategies and testing plans that can really move the needle. 

4+ years experience in digital marketing & fundraising, ideally with agency and staff management experience. $75k - $85k, based on experience. Must love animals and helping people!
