Narrative 4 is seeking driven individuals to join its regional team of Recruiters.
Working with a Regional Manager, Recruiters will help Narrative 4 meet its growth goals by finding new school partners to join our network. They will make initial contact, schedule meetings, and facilitate the partner onboarding process.
We have multiple contracted positions available in the Northeast, Southeast, Midwest, and Pacific Northwest regions of the United States. Starting in mid-December. $23/hr. Number of hours is flexible.
Requirements
We are seeking individuals with experience in recruiting, organizing, and/or sales. Candidates must be located in the Northeast, Southeast, Midwest or Pacific Northwest regions of the United States.
N4 Recruiters will:
- Reach out to prospective schools and educators by email and phone
- Cultivate relationships with prospective schools and educators
- Schedule calls with schools and educators to pitch Narrative 4’s programs
- Follow up with prospective school partners and encourage them to join the network
- Help the Regional Manager onboard new school partners
