The Sierra Club's Operations Department is hiring a Political Compliance Officer. This is an excellent opportunity for someone interested in elections and campaign finance laws to engage in cutting-edge political work at the nation's largest and oldest grassroots environmental organization. The Sierra Club runs a robust political program that includes coordinated and independent campaign efforts in federal, state, and local races. The Political Compliance Officer will work closely with the Compliance Director and the national Sierra Club Political Team to ensure that all campaigns are run in compliance with applicable laws, and to help plan how to best use organizational resources to meet political goals.
