Campaign Manager

The campaign manager oversees all aspects of the campaign including day-to-day operations, management of staff, coordination and implementation of the fundraising operations, political outreach and ongoing coordination with the candidate. They are also responsible for managing the campaign budget. The campaign manager must have excellent organizational skills, be level-headed, have good interpersonal skills and not be excited to raise money.

Description

• Manage the campaign team’s execution of strategy and goals

• Mobilize members and volunteers from local organizations and build coalitions with elected officials and stakeholders to support the campaign’s message and goals

• Implement a fundraising plan and manage fundraising goals (weekly, monthly, and quarterly) and targets with the finance director. 

• Conduct weekly meetings with key campaign stakeholders to report out on benchmarks and strategy

• Other duties as assigned

Abilities/Skills

At least one cycle experience as finance director or campaign manager. Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills required. Must be organized, have a willingness to learn new skills, and take direction well. An ideal candidate has a great attitude, demonstrates flexibility in acceptance of responsibilities and assignments and is familiar with the pace of political campaigns.

Full Time

$4500 - $6000/month

Travel expected in and out of state
