SW Washington Congressional Looking for Field Director ASAP

SW Washington congressional campaign seeks a Field Director to begin 
immediately. We are looking for a self-motivated individual with experience 
cultivating and managing teams. 
 
Responsibilities
 
-Develop robust volunteer recruitment program
 
-Cultivate volunteers as leaders and oversee proper training for phone 
banking and canvassing
 
-Work with the campaign manager on implementing a field program
 
-Develop and manage an internship program
 
-Manage and ensure proper data entry
 
-Implement a field plan that includes volunteer recruitment benchmarks and 
goals
 
-Build and maintain positive relationships with key stakeholders and 
volunteers
 
-Report nightly to the Campaign Manager on daily progress to goal
 
-Represent the campaign at community events
 
-Other duties as assigned
 
Qualifications
 
-A positive attitude
 
-A willingness to work long hours, including evenings and weekends
 
-Excellent organizational and time management skills
 
-Strong written and interpersonal communication skills
 
-Excellent organizing skills and the ability to meet many demands at once
 
-Experience working with grassroots activists
 
-At least one cycle of field experience on a campaign
 
-Experience with Google Docs, Microsoft Office, VAN and NGP
