ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY: COMMUNITY ENGAGEMENT SPECIALIST

Aliya is seeking Community Engagement Specialists for our Aliya Customer Engagement Services (ACES) team. This is a groundbreaking and strategically important role where you get to bust the mold of conventional thinking about customer service and help us shape the company as we rocket into our first set of financial pilots. This is an exciting opportunity to co-create new ways of delivering financial coaching and customer service with a team that embraces work life balance. THE DETAILS
You will be the personal link between our customers and Aliya. Via the phone, chat and email, you will help customers with everything from logging into their accounts to championing better financial choices. And for those times when life happens and our customers hit a money pothole, you will provide caring and practical help along with encouraging healthy financial support options.
You will also have a unique opportunity to learn about, contribute to and curate a relevant blog and library of financial education content that is helpful to our customers, with the ultimate goal of becoming an expert in your field. As you coach and support more customers, you will be part of a collective intelligence that continues to grow over time.
