Team Overview
We are seeking Deputy Organizers to work across the country as we engage and empower communities to elect Hillary Clinton and create opportunities for every American.
Role Overview & Day-to-Day
Deputy Organizers will be responsible for various tasks centered around communicating the message of the campaign to Americans nation-wide. Organizers should be high energy, outgoing, enthusiastic, and willing to work long hours.
Tasks & Responsibilities
- Recruit, train and manage volunteers to expand the volunteer network
- Manage and execute phone banks and canvasses
- Knock on doors and make phone calls to elect Hillary Clinton
Required Skills & Background
- Exceptionally organized with the ability to meet strict deadlines
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Frequent travel required; Access to a vehicle; Access to cellphone
- Commitment to electing Hillary Clinton
- Disciplined, and solutions-oriented approach to all tasks
