Campaign Manager, State Senate Race, Upstate NY

[Upstate NY State Senate]

Campaign Manager sought for a large, upstate State Senate District. Campaign Manager will lead the campaign, voter targeting, and contact goals that include, but are not limited to:

 

·       Create and implement a comprehensive field and campaign plan

·       Build and manage a field team to execute plan created

·       Set, meet, and exceed benchmarks for voter contact, volunteer recruitment, grassroots engagement, and GOTV

·       Establish a strong professional and ethical culture within the organization focused on accountability, goals, inclusion, and sense of purpose

·       Coordinate field organizing and fundraising operations

·       Manage the campaign’s budget and logistics in collaboration with senior staff and consultants

Qualifications:

·       Campaign experience, preference given to candidates with field and/or campaign management experience

·       Ability to multi-task and lead a group of staffers and volunteers

·       Strong communication and organizational skills

Compensation: Commensurate with experience
