Mobilization and Campaign Management Associate

 

Precision Strategies is looking for an Associate to join our Mobilization and Campaign Management team and provide support to a high-profile founding partner and the overall team. The ideal candidate will be extremely organized, possess excellent writing skills, is a strong multi-tasker, and can be resourceful and able to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.  

 

This particular position would assist one of the Partners in many aspects of the business, with a heavy emphasis on scheduling, logistics, office operations and other administrative tasks.

 

In supporting a founding partner and working with high profile political, nonprofit and corporate clients, theAssociate will:

  • Manage daily administrative life of the partner, including but not limited to:
    • Serving as primary internal liaison and initial point of contact for scheduling with external clients
    • Handling all travel logistics
    •  Preparing briefing materials
  • Serve as administrative lead for the Mobilization and Campaign Management team internally and with clients
  • Draft and edit client deliverables 

Experience and Qualifications

  • A distinct attention to detail, with superior multitasking and organizational skills.
  • Ability to identify and communicate items needing further attention in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong verbal, interpersonal and written communication skills.
  • A proven team player, with a sense of humor and positive attitude, who can work productively with a diverse range of personalities and working styles.
  • A self-starter who is able to work independently
