[Maryland Campaign]

What is turning out to become a competitive Baltimore City Council Race,  the campaign is seeking a Deputy Campaign Manager:   This role will be a mix of a Field Organizer, Finance Assistant  and Manager all in one.

Responsibilities Include, but not limited to:  

• Volunteer recruitment for Doors and Phones. 
• Knocking on Doors and making calls 
• Assist candidate at events when needed
• Assist candidate with Call Time when needed.  
• Work with manager to set policy/messaging.  
  

Experience  Needed:

• Familiar with Vote-builder and NGP VAN is a must.
• One Cycle of Field and Finance is a must..
• A car is desired but not required provided the Co-CM can accomplish their goals.
• A strong work ethic that is second to none. 
  
  
  

Compensation:  

• $1500.00 a month with possibility to increase after 1st month.
• This is a short term position starting asap to  April 26th.  
• Housing is not provided.
