The Beto for America Digital Team is hiring a Director of Video! Our mission at Beto
For America is to elect Beto O’Rourke as the 46th President of the
United States. To do that, we will build a vibrant campaign that
embodies Beto’s vision and values for the country. How? By actively

Responsibilities:
- Managing Beto for America's video operation, which will consist of producer-editors, DPs, and assistants.
- Working
closely with our social media, content, and creative operations to
ensure the delivery of creative video content across all of our
channels.
- Supervising editing to ensure the quality of deliverables.
- Hiring and maintaining a database of freelance professionals.
- Overseeing the budgeting process for internal video production.
- Incorporating creative ideas at every step of production.
- Improving the teams work while ensuring a collaborative process.
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of video management experience (political experience a plus but by no means required).
- Knowledge of Adobe CS suite.
- Knowledge
of and experience with technical elements of video production
including: photography, editing, pre-production, digital media
management .
- Experience with video for social media in high profile media, corporate, or political environments.
- Experience with paid media across digital and television.
