Campaign Manager, 2017 Mayoral Campaign, Carolinas

BBOI is conducting a search for a campaign manager candidate for a large city in the Carolinas, starting immediately.  

Key Criteria:

- Direct experience working in politics in the Carolinas (North or South) for at least one cycle

- Campaign experience for two cycles outside of the Carolinas but have lived in the Carolinas for a few years

- Campaign Management or Field Director experience in a state Senate or US House race particularly useful

- Seasoned experience enough to hit the ground running rather than learning on the job.

- Proficient not only in the use of VAN but in utilizing it strategically, sharp on targeting and using it to build out a field operation

- Knowledge of basic media relations, reasonable experience with campaign communications and strategic knowledge of digital organizing 

- Ability to build on and flesh out a budget, hire other dynamic staff, and finalize a campaign plan comprehensively
