PA State Senate Hiring Deputy Campaign Manager ASAP

Competitive Pennsylvania State Senate is hiring a Deputy Campaign Manager as soon as possible. The Deputy Campaign Manager will work with all aspects of the campaign under the direction of the Campaign Manager. We are looking for a self-starter who’s able to create and complete projects on their own. A sense of humor, adaptability, and the ability to multitask is essential.
Responsibilities:
Assist the Campaign Manager with day to day operations
Develop the field plan in conjunction with the campaign manager
Assign goals and priorities to the field team and support their implementation
Execute a paid & volunteer based field plan
Ensure a metrics-driven field program that meets & exceeded daily, weekly, and monthly goals
Work with Consultants and the Campaign Manager on the overall communication strategy from the campaign
Staff the Candidate at events as needed
Other duties as assigned
Desired Qualifications:
1-2 cycles of experience, one cycle in a senior staff role preferred
Field experience required, communications experience preferred
Ability to work in a fast pace environment and meet all assigned deadlines
Salary range $4500-$5500, based on experience
