Maryland Congressional Race seeks Field Organizer

Start Date: IMMEDIATELY

DC/Area Maryland Congressional race seeking entry level position of Field Organizer (FO). The FO is responsible for supporting the Field Director and Field Team in the Upper Marlboro based campaign team.

Field Organizer will gain valuable campaign experience in a competitive race.

Responsibilities:

• Recruit and maintain members of field team
• Train Volunteer Staff
• Maintain accurate data, consistent voter/volunteer contact 

Qualifications:

• MUST be a resident of Maryland
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to multi task with short and competing deadlines
• Ability to work long and irregular hours, including nights and weekends
• Good sense of humor and ability to adapt to a fast paced, changing work environment
• Familiarity with electronic Voter Database--votebuilder
