Duties and Responsibilities:

• Work with the Campaign Manager to design and implement a field plan, hitting goals for doors knocked, phone calls and managing campaign events throughout the district

• Manage a field staff of multiple organizers, interns and a paid canvass operation

• Design and build minority outreach programs to reach voters of different backgrounds

• Train volunteers and build a cohesive team of supporters

• Ensure data integrity on the campaign

• Working directly with candidates on a daily basis to meet various campaign metrics.

• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Experience managing and training volunteers

• Skilled in team-based organizing

• Comfortable with managing from metrics and has an understanding of field data

• Familiarity with campaign technology platforms including VAN

• Attention to detail and strategic viewpoints

• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines

• 1 Cycle of experience managing staff

• Reliable access to a car

Salary: commensurate with experience
