Overview: Candidates will ideally have 2+ cycles of fundraising experience. Ideal candidates will have experience in all aspects of campaign finance operations, including call time, events, mail, online, phone, finance committee, budget management, and compliance.
Duties:
Writing an aggressive fundraising plan with quarterly, monthly, and weekly fundraising goals.
Leading the day-to-day fundraising operations for the campaign.
Hiring and managing a finance staff.
Developing, implementing, and managing all in-state call time programs, low and high dollar events, a low dollar phone program, donor prospecting and research, and executing call time including follow-up on all correspondence and pledges.
Developing and managing online fundraising and email fundraising.
Working to ensure local PAC requests are being made.
Working with the compliance accountants on FEC reporting and compliance.
Qualifications:
Candidates must have 2+ cycles of campaign finance experience, ideally on a statewide or congressional campaign.
Candidates should be highly organized, motivated, goal-oriented, and creative.
Candidates must have experience with Microsoft Excel and NGP.
Candidates must have strong written and communication skills.
Candidates must have flexibility to work evenings and weekends.
Experience managing staff is prefered.
Compensation: Commensurate with experience.
