Colin Allred for Congress Community Organizers are the face of the Colin Allred Campaign in TX-32. They

work with community partners to build the grassroots movement that will send Colin to Congress. Their

primary responsibility is facilitating voter contact, including organizing daily volunteer shifts of phone

banking, door to door canvassing to persuade and motivate voters, and registering voters.

Community Organizers should be hard working, team oriented and willing to spend many active hours

outdoors interacting with voters. Organizers report directly to the campaign’s Field Director.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Candidates must have a desire to learn and must be willing to receive direct feedback

about their job performance;

• Candidates must be self-motivated and willing to work long hours (including nights and

weekends);

• Candidates should have experience meeting deadlines, strong interpersonal skills, and

the ability to manage many tasks simultaneously.
