I'm helping Narrative 4 hire Regional Managers to join their U.S. team. N4 is a global network of educators, students, and artists who use art and storytelling to build empathy between students. N4's work focuses on themes of faith, identity, immigration, violence, and the environment to create tangible change with personal stories as the foundation. N4 is currently working in 4 continents, 16 countries, and 18 US states.

Regional Managers will be key in increasing capacity for outreach to new participants, facilitators, and schools in their regional hubs. This will include recruiting and training paid contractors, building key partnerships, and managing data. Great role for an organizer with 2-3+ years of experience. Starting salary of $55,000, salary based on location and level of experience. Must be living in the regions for which you're applying.
