Location:Topeka, KS; Kansas City, KS; Location Flexible
Reports To: Senior Campaign Representative, Manager – Central Region
Context: Plans and guides the strategies and activities to advance Sierra Club's full suite of clean energy for all initiatives, to move beyond fossil fuels in Kansas.
Scope: The Campaign Representative is responsible for the planning, coordination and implementation of strategies and activities to advance Sierra Club's portfolio of clean energy for all initiatives, including but not limited to Beyond Coal, Beyond Dirty Fuels, Ready for 100 and Clean Transportation in Kansas, and as assigned. Collaborates with various internal departments, programs, strategic external partners, coalitions, state chapter and volunteer leadership to ensure execution of strategic coordinated campaigns to move Kansas off of coal to 100% renewable energy and energy efficiency, with no new natural gas infrastructure and increasing electrification of transportation and the building sector.
