Targeted Democratic State Senate campaign in Northern Virginia seeks Finance & Field Directors for competitive 2015 race, including June primary and November general

Finance Director
Individual will be responsible for working with campaign manager on candidate's call time and fundraising events, conducting donor prospecting for call time and fundraisers, producing call sheets, staffing call time, conducting donor outreach, planning fundraising events, and recruiting, training, and managing finance interns.

The ideal individual will have at least one cycle of campaign finance experience, should possess excellent time management skills and willingness to work extensive hours, including nights and weekends.  Applicant should have strong written and verbal communication skills, experience with NGP, and be a proven team player and leader.  Applicant should have reliable access to a laptop and transportation, and a valid driver's license.

Field Director
Individual will be responsible for overseeing all direct voter contact and the recruitment and development of a neighborhood team model, including working with the campaign manager to draft and execute the field plan. The field director will be responsible for hiring and managing additional paid field staff and interns, facilitating training, and tracking field metrics.

The ideal individual will have at least one cycle of campaign field experience, including experience developing neighborhood teams and using Votebuilder.  Applicant should have excellent time management skills, willingness to work extensive hours, including nights and weekends, very strong interpersonal skills, reliable access to a laptop and transportation, and a valid driver's license.
