Overview
Northeastern Congressional campaign looking for a Campaign Manager with experience and vision. We have an exciting year and a big race coming up with both a primary and
general. Qualified candidates should must be ready to relocate immediately and hit the ground running.
Responsibilities
The Campaign Manager will be responsible for all aspects of the campaign, and should be a good leader and communicator. Duties include but are not limited to:
- Managing the candidate's schedule
- Writing and implementing a comprehensive campaign plan with a clear the path to victory which will include metrics for voter contact and fundraising
- Managing the
finance, field, communications and digital departments
- Working with the campaign’s
consultants to develop and implement a paid communications plan
- Coordinating campaign
activities with all of the campaigns covering the district
and party committees including the all state level races, national
races, DCCC and influential coalition partners and endorsers
- Maintaining relationships
and communication with local and county Democratic committees, grassroots organization and outside organizations
Requirements

Qualified candidates must be highly organized, highly motivated
and capable of working through a demanding work environment.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- ·
Good time management skills and the ability to manage multiple
projects simultaneously.
- ·
The ability to build and motivate a team.
- ·
Commitment to details, results meeting goals, and using data to
inform decisions in the field.
- ·
Campaign management experience.
- ·
Political campaign and/or labor organizing experience required;
political fundraising experience preferred.
- ·
Experience writing and implementing Campaign, Finance and
Communication plans.
- ·
A reliable vehicle is required
