Top Tier Southern California Congressional Campaign seeks Finance Director

This is a district that Hillary Clinton carried in 2016 with a vulnerable incumbent who is already being targeted with the DCCC. You will have the opportunity to be the first hire on the ground for a top tier candidate. Preference will be given to candidates who can begin by April 1^st.

Duties

·       Developing and implementing a finance plan with quarterly, monthly and weekly goals

·       Be organized, creative with excellent follow through

·       Developing, implementing, and managing a high dollar call-time program including prospecting potential donors and pledge follow up

·       Handling and developing a Finance Committee of high dollar bundlers

·       Planning and executing low and high dollar events

·       Drafting campaign solicitations including emails, direct mail solicitations and thank you letters

·       Assisting with compliance

·       Candidate staffing

·       Managing staff and interns as the campaign grows

Qualifications

·       Candidates should have at least once cycle of finance experience on a Congressional or similar level campaign

·       Knowledge of NGP, MS Excel and MS Word required

·       Candidates should have a car

·       Be willing to work long/irregular hours including nights and weekends

·       Be willing to relocate to Southern California

Salary is commensurate with experience.
