A competitive Democratic Congressional Campaign in Southern California is seeking qualified Field Organizers to join our team.

Field Organizers Will:

• Recruit, train and manage interns and volunteers

• Engage in voter contact (Phone banking, Canvassing, Tabling)

• Work to further develop our campaign’s network

• Execute our house party program

• Report to the Field Director

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Demonstrated commitment to progressive causes

• Exceptionally well-organized with the ability to meet deadlines

• Excellent communications skills

• Strong knowledge of Google Drive

• Must be a team player

• Must have access to a reliable vehicle, driver’s license, and possess the ability to relocate as needed

• A working cell phone and laptop computer

Preferred Background & Qualifications:

• Previous campaign experience

• PDI/VAN Proficiency

• Southern California ties
