to GAIN POWER: Jobs That Are Left

We’re looking for a kick-ass Campaign Director  to join in our powerful work.  Take a look and share with anyone who might be a fit!  We're a great place to work and the campaigns we run could not be more urgent.

The Campaign Director will focus primarily on corporate-accountability campaigns, putting pressure on media and tech companies to stop the spread of hate and disinformation, advance racial equity and serve the public interest. In collaboration with our campaign, digital, field, policy, cultural organizing and communications staff, the campaign director will develop strategic, winning campaigns that achieve real differences in peoples’ lives.

A successful candidate will have strategy chops, rapid-response skills, expertise in coalition engagement and management, and online and offline organizing and mobilizing experience. They should have a record of winning national public-interest campaigns.

The position can be done from anywhere in the U.S., with a preference for someone in CA, D.C., or NY.  Starting salary is $70,000-$75,000 and is based on the selected candidate’s qualifications and experience. To counter pay inequality and uphold internal parity, we use a nonnegotiable starting salary system, while benchmarking our pay to competitive markets in the nonprofit sector.

All the details about the position, our generous benefits and how to apply are here:
