Regional Field Director needed for large scale, high profile progressive ballot initiative campaign in Houston, Texas

A political committee founded in order to support responsible, progressive public policy in Houston, Texas is looking to build a major field campaign in order to pass a number of ballot initiatives crucial for economic justice, civil rights, and effective government in Houston. 

Regional Field Directors will be responsible for training, mentoring, and managing up to 8 field staffers, while also taking the lead on developing and fostering strong, useful relationships with community leaders and stakeholders in their region. RFDs will receive compensation above market value, will be given an allowance for health care, and will have the option to accept campaign provided housing in the form of independent living arrangements with other staffers.

Responsibilities will begin as soon as potential hires are ready, but no latter than June 25th.
