Congressional campaign seeking full-time Organizers to join one of the most competitive races in the 2018 Midterm Elections.

The Rhodes for Congress campaign is dedicated to electing Gareth Rhodes to Congress in New York’s 19th Congressional District and helping to flip the House blue in 2018. Organizers will be responsible for recruiting, training, and coordinating volunteer operations for the campaign to register, persuade and motivate voters.

Ideal candidates are hard-working, self-motivated, detail-oriented individuals with an ability to hit metrics-based goals, build relationships with volunteers, and turn out voters.    

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: 

• Volunteer recruitment and management.
• Training volunteers one-on-one and in group settings.
• Building and managing volunteer petitioning, canvass, and phone bank events.
• Goal and metric oriented.
• Able to meet aggressive weekly voter contact and volunteer recruitment goals.
• Supervise and train campaign fellows and interns.
• Executing an aggressive Get Out the Vote operation in your area.
• Other duties as assigned.
