Northern Virginia Democratic campaign seeks Part-time Field Director

 

Responsibilities Include:

·       Recruiting, managing, and training volunteers 

·       Creating a strong presence for the campaign within your assigned turf

·       Work in a team-first collaborative environment 

·       Plan and execute campaign actions such as canvasses and phone banks

·       Work with the Campaign Manager to Implement field strategy 

·       Meeting or exceeding metric based goals

·       Develop relationships with local activists and community leaders

·       Maintaining data standards

·       Other duties as they arise

·       Basic understanding of social media 

Qualifications(Required) Include:

·       Ability to collaborate with others; willing to take and implement feedback

·       Goal oriented

·       Strong writing and interpersonal skills

·       Ability to work long, irregular hours while maintaining a positive attitude 

·       Have access to a reliable vehicle

·       Past campaign experience is a plus, but not required
