Job Title: Early Childhood Program Developer/Manager Annual Pay: 55K to 65K +competitive benefits package
Location: Amherst, Worcester, Boston, MA
SEIU Education and Support Fund (ESF) seeks to fill a newly created Early Childhood Program Developer/Manager position. This person will be on point to develop and implement a multitude of early childhood education programs with the goal of replicating certain programs nationally. In addition, a successful candidate for this position will have a passion for the mission of ESF and will be able to align the programmatic work with the organization's strategic goals.
About SEIU Education and Support Fund and the National Early Childhood Training Center (NETC)
ESF is a 501(c)(3) founded for the purpose of providing training and education for workers in the service and care industries. The SEIU National Early Childhood Education Training Center (NETC) is a program of ESF and aims to improve the quality of early learning for children of all backgrounds; improve job quality and provide access to career pathways for early childhood educators, large numbers of whom are low-income women of color.
