The College Promise Campaign (CPC) is a national nonpartisan education initiative, beginning in America’s community colleges. We build widespread public understanding about the value of free community
college locally and regionally. We serve as the prominent public voice
and champion for this work. The College Promise Campaign is an
initiative of the 501(c)3, Civic Nation.
CPC creates impact by: 1) Providing community, state, and regional leaders the necessary tools, information, and networks to offer high-quality College Promise programs for their residents; 2) Mobilizing
leaders across diverse communities and interests to build and sustain

increase support for College Promise programs.
