Position Description
The Manager of Policy and Advocacy Development for the Policy and Advocacy Team supports our members’ knowledge and skill development to attain and advance in high-impact public leadership roles. The Manager will support our team’s efforts to scale our programs by researching and implementing best practices to leverage virtual platforms to connect and develop the knowledge, skill, and leadership of our members at all experience levels.
This role requires strong project management experience and creativity. The Manager will assist in piloting different models of online engagement in 2016, requiring creativity and a commitment to constantly learning, improving, and developing ways to increase the effectiveness of our programs.
The Manager reports to the Senior Director, Advancement and Development.
Position Location: Washington, DC or New York City preferred
