Field Organizers - Midwestern Congressional Campaign Hiring Immediately

A congressional campaign in the West Minneapolis Metro area is hiring field organizers to start immediately. 

Responsibilities:

• Recruit and organize volunteers through call time, networking, and other means
• Create and develop self-sustaining volunteer teams
• Call delegates leading up to the caucus and convention
• Recruit and manage high school and college interns
• Create and organize phone bank events, canvass launches, and other volunteer events

Qualifications:

Positive, energetic, and independently organized, a field organizer must be able to bring people together towards a singular purpose

Self-reliant in transportation

One cycle of election work and VAN proficiency is preferred.
