Field Director – Lydia Edwards for State Senate

The Lydia Edwards campaign for State Senate in East Boston is seeking a full-time field director to oversee the volunteer coordination and voter contact efforts for a special election campaign. The ideal candidate should have previous organizing experience and be passionate about local service and campaign work.

 

Duties: 

-Plan with candidate and campaign manager to organize canvasses, phone banks and house parties

-Recruit and train precinct captains and volunteer team leaders

- Manage Votebuilder and volunteer email lists

- Plan and execute canvasses and house parties

- Staff the candidate for door-knocking events, retail stops, and meet and greets
