350.org is hiring 5 new organizers based in different geographical regions across the country. In general, we’re looking for skilled and savvy individuals with experience leading and developing volunteer teams, tracking and synthesizing information through databases, and utilizing strategic communications and storytelling to achieve gains toward climate justice.
In a nutshell, we’re looking for organizers who can help us build the power necessary to tackle the climate crisis. We want individuals who are experienced in working with communities of color, well versed in anti-racism and anti-oppression popular political education, and who can coach volunteers and peers to be able to achieve ambitious campaign goals around climate and clean energy.
