Overview of position:
Seeking strong finance director for Texas Democratic statewide campaign to work with small team and with candidate directly. Position is based in Houston, TX.

Roles and responsibilities:

• Implement a campaign finance plan.

• Meet weekly, monthly and quarterly fundraising goals.

• Implement all aspects of a comprehensive fundraising program, including call time, events,

  finance committee, and PAC/national partner outreach.

• Supervise finance and compliance staff.

• Work with Finance Consultants and Campaign Manager to coordinate on cash flow.

• Staff candidate at fundraisers and one-on-one donor meetings.

• Manage pledge fulfillment.

• Perform other duties as assigned.

Minimum qualifications:

Compensation: Salary will be commensurate with experience, and our salary range is available upon request by qualified applicants.
